Sign-in trouble
Use the email connected to your Exfil account. Check your spam folder and request a fresh code if an earlier code expired. Never share a login code or private key with support.
Pending transactions
Keep the app open and use its transaction-status check. A timeout does not mean a transaction failed. Check the public transaction signature before trying again. Exfil cannot reverse confirmed blockchain transactions.
Balances and withdrawals
Open Profile & wallet to refresh balances or withdraw supported USDC. Network fees require SOL. Contact support before deleting an account with remaining SOL, tokens or other assets. Do not send funds to a support address.

Market information
Holder data is sampled and observations may be delayed. Wallet connections do not prove common ownership. Displayed prices are market observations; review the separate transaction quote before signing.
